The Space:

You will enjoy sitting on the dock of the bay at this cozy cottage! The perfect getaway for you and your family, this home is located on one of the island's superb canals and is the perfect place to tie up the boat to enjoy an afternoon. This offers the opportunity for fishing or taking a nice boat ride around our wonderful island. While enjoying family time in the living room, you can always step outside through the sliding glass doors leading to the back deck.

Amazing place to stay! The house was updated and very clean with many extras . Boat dock was great.

We enjoyed the location and amenities. Great for docking our boat. We also had room to park our boat trailer. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need. Neighbors were very friendly as well.

Great house with a great location. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Great location close to everything only thing that we had issue with was the WI-FI but found out it was pretty much the whole island having issues. Would be happy to go back!

Plenty of parking area.

We had plenty of room to park our boat and used the fish cleaning station under the house. While this house is dated, I felt that it was clean and offered what we needed for a fishing weekend.

Weekend fishing camp

This property is perfect for those brining their own boats to fish and play on the water. Easy access to the sound and ocean. Caught bait fish right off pier on property. 2 inexpensive improvements would be new coffee maker and cleats to tie off boat.

Loved being on the canal!

Porch and dock area were awesome, but pics of interior didn’t reflect the age of the house. A good bit needs upgrading or repair!

This cottage was basically clean except the floors. They were quite dirty. Bathroom fixtures need repairs. Exterior light needs repairs.

Great Value for Dauphin Island

The house smelled freshly cleaned when we arrived. There are plenty of towels and kitchen linens and a washer/dryer available. Also thankful that coffee filters were provided since we forgot to bring ours. We loved the coffee maker, it's older, but makes really good coffee. The outside deck with the porch swing is the perfect place to spend the afternoon relaxing. The price is very reasonable for Dauphin Island. We will stay here again!
