Welcome to the Gathering Place: Where love and adventure meet! You'll find our home to be a perfect destination for your group’s exploration and/or relaxation. The Gathering Place is perfectly situated between enough one-in-a-lifetime landscapes to occupy you for a lifetime. Kanab, Utah is “The Heart of the Parks” and rightly so; Bryce Canyon, Zion National Park, Lake Powell, The Grand Canyon, and countless other world-class destinations will all be within 90 minutes of your front door.
Featuring two king bed and two queen bed bedrooms, it comfortably sleeps families and adventure groups. Guests enjoy 3 3/4bathrooms, each equipped with a shower or bathtub for a relaxing experience. The house stays cool with air conditioning and cozy with heating, making it perfect year-round. This fantastic home offers plenty of space to unwind after a day of adventure. Experience what Kanab has to offer with a stay at our well stocked and comfortable home.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all sheets and pillow cases from beds and place in the laundry room. DO NOT PUT COMFORTERS IN LAUNDRY ROOM - If comforters are dirty, place them in hallway outside bedroom.
Collect all used towels and place in basket in laundry room.
Load all used and dirty dishes into the dishwasher, add detergent pod, and start the washer.
Remove all trash and place in outdoor bins.
Wipe down kitchen counters and tables.
Put away all games, activities and toys in their original place.
Unplug all personal power cords and items.
Lock all exterior doors - including the sliding glass
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
