Charming Southampton waterfront home with sweeping views of Great Peconic Bay and evening sunsets. The property is less than 3 miles from Shinnecock Hills Golf Links on back roads. A perfect location for the US Golf Open Tournament. The house can sleep 12. The main house includes four bedrooms and a sleeping loft. A detached cottage has its own bedroom. The beamed great room in the main house has dinning and lounging areas and opens onto a glassed-in porch with dining and seating areas for group gatherings overlooking the bay. A screened in porch faces the garden on the other side of the great room. The house opens naturally to the outdoors with two patios facing the beach. The detached cottage with its own bedroom, living room, bath, and patio, provides a separate space for work or privacy. The property is located on a private road along a mile-long peninsula with ample off-street parking.
