Stay in this history 1912 Los Angeles Home, designed by architect Arthur S. Heineman - the home embodies character, comfort and privacy, all while providing everything you need for a perfect LA stay. We are located on a beautiful residential street, in the Hancock Park neighborhood. The home offers 3 bedrooms in the main home, all upstairs, and then a separate casita in the backyard. Throughout the home, you will find unique and custom artwork. The home is ideal for short or extended stays.

The property offers 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and a half bathroom, a detached back house, a dedicated office, and multiple indoor and outdoor living areas. With thoughtful layouts, flexible spaces, and lush outdoor zones, the home is ideal for extended stays, entertaining, and work-from-home living.

• Primary Bedroom:

King bed, two walk-in closets, en-suite bathroom with standing shower, soaking tub, makeup vanity, and dual sinks.

• Bedroom 2:

Queen bed with dresser.

• Bedroom 3:

King pull-out bed and a crib (optional)

• Bedroom 4:

Detached back house with Queen Sofa bed, Desk/workspace, Gym equipment, Ideal as a guest suite, fitness room, or secondary office.

• Two full bathrooms with tub and shower, plus one additional bathroom with toilet and sink, and one half bathroom that can be used as a powder room.
