This was a very pleasant little apartment type place to stay. The living room, bedroom and bath were very clean and a perfect location to attend a concert at Red Rocks. The host communicated with us and made check in and check out a breeze. It is also close to quite a few choices for restaurant and shopping. If you need a place to stay while attending events in the area I would highly recommend.

Suzanne was very helpful and thoughtfully provides water and snacks, in addition to the plentiful coffee and convenient breakfast items. The place was immaculately clean. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and tv. Located on a lovely area of the city.

Suzanne is a wonderful host. She was super accommodating to my schedule and we had some great conversations! I enjoyed her dog, Juju too! Definitely recommended for anyone needing a room in the area…the bed was so comfortable!

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the tv channel selection choices and fast internet were wonderful too. It was hot in Denver while we were there, and the AC kept our rooms nicely cool. The VRBO had easy access to the freeways and shopping. We had more than plenty blankets, towels, coffee, water, and snacks. We really appreciated that! The host was friendly and easy to reach.
