- Elevator and building access key fob (lost replacement fee: $100 USD).

- Parking access card for the nearby garage (lost replacement fee: $150 USD).

- Amenity wristband to enjoy the building’s facilities (lost replacement fee: $10 USD).



➤ The front desk does NOT hold personal belongings. This includes luggage, envelopes, keys, bags, or food deliveries. Residents and/or short-term rental guests must meet food delivery drivers at the lobby. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ The property is equipped with both heating and air conditioning; however, we cannot guarantee that you will achieve a comfortable temperature if your preference falls outside the range of approximately 63°F to 77°F. Additionally, due to the nature of short-term rentals, where guests may frequently come and go, we cannot promise 100% uptime, as some guests may inadvertently push the systems beyond their capacity, necessitating repairs.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package, you will physically be there to receive it, as I will not be able to track it for you. The package room is located on the Lobby Level across from the mailboxes. Package room is accessible 24 hours a day. Packages that are left unclaimed for more than 5 days will be returned to sender.
