The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, featuring a stove, oven, microwave, large fridge, and all the essential cooking basics for your convenience. The dining table seats 8, creating the perfect setting for memorable meals or any activities you wish to enjoy. Additional seating is available, including another sofa by the sliding door that leads to the backyard.

While the fire pit is one of the key highlights of this property, it’s crucial to follow all burn ban regulations strictly. Failure to do so may result in fines from the community, which guests will be responsible for. We will keep you informed in real time should any such announcements occur during your stay.
📌 Booking party must be age 25+, and must be present at the home for the duration of the stay.
📌 Community amenities include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities will have to pay $12 per day via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). This is a charge implemented by the community, not by the Host. Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.

✔ Please note that this property is located within a community that requires registration at least 3 days in advance. We will need all guest names and vehicle information for the registration. If the registration is submitted late, the community will charge a $75 late registration fee

✔ Please note that firewood is not provided, so you’ll need to bring enough for the duration of your stay, if you wish to use the fire pit. Feel free to reach out if you need recommendations on where to purchase it.

✔ Community amenities such as the pool, lake, beach, boat rentals, mini golf, kayaks, and the lakeside café are now closed for the season and will reopen after Memorial Day. Other amenities, including the basketball courts and playgrounds, remain open and accessible, weather permitting.

✔ Please Note: Lake swimming is regulated by the community and may be restricted at any time due to elevated E. Coli levels or other safety concerns. These decisions are made by the community association, and we do not have control over them.

✔ Backyard backs up to main road but is covered by wooded area, noise is minimal

✔Bringing an undisclosed pet to the property will result in a fee of $250 to $500 per night.

✔ We provide a limited supply of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, and coffee to get you started. These should last a few days, but guests are encouraged to bring or purchase extra as needed.

✔ Community amenities include the seasonal outdoor swimming pool, ball fields, miniature golf, bocce ball, children’s playground, and a community beach. Anyone who would like to use the amenities will have to pay $12 via credit or debit card at the pool gate (no cash accepted). Children under 3 years old will be let in for free.

✔ Guests must register with the host at least 48 hours before arrival to avoid a late registration fee. For last-minute bookings, any HOA-imposed late registration fees will be the guest’s responsibility.

✔ This community requires guest and vehicle registration for entry and amenities access. While we won’t request your ID, staff at the gates or welcome center may ask for it upon arrival for validation.

✔ As the booking party, you are responsible for any fines incurred during your stay. If a fine is issued, we will process the payment and request reimbursement from you afterward.

✔ Please be aware that during a burn ban, no open flames are permitted, including propane fire pits and tables. We appreciate your help in keeping the community safe by following this restriction.

The Property Management Company (“Manager”) does not own, keep, or control any animals permitted on the premises and shall not be held liable for any injury, damage, or loss caused by any animal belonging to a guest, occupant, or invitee. Guests may bring pets onto the property only if permitted in writing by Manager or the Property Owner and only under the condition that the guest assumes full responsibility and liability for the behavior, supervision, and control of such animals.
