Enjoy the simple but cosy holiday home in a beautiful location on the edge of the forest below the Passo Mendola. The lively pass summit and the Mendel cable car to Kaltern-St. Anton can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Enjoy the fresh mountain air and the view of nature. The house offers enough space for couples and families with a living room, a bedroom, a walk-through bedroom as well as a kitchen, bathroom and a cloakroom. The house has some renovation work to do.

The upper Val di Non with its marvellous Italian character invites you to linger and enjoy. Guests are spoilt with beautiful landscapes, picturesque villages and a wide range of sports and leisure activities and culinary delights. The Nonstal cycle path runs directly in front of the house.

Lovely place

Overall the accommodation was as expected and has a great view. It is surrounded by woods, really nice. We didn’t realise in advance how busy the Mendola pass gets with motorbikes during the day. This unfortunately would be the reason not to come back, it’s quite noisy. Simon was very helpful and available for questions.

Die Hütte ist, wie angekündigt, einfach, aber es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die Lage ist für Wanderungen sehr gut geeignet. Es hat einen kleinen Laden und Gastronomie in der Nähe. Es ist weniger los als im Tal unten. Kommunikation mit Gastgeber ist freundlich, unkompliziert und zeitnah.

Es ist eine einfache saubere Unterkunft. Küche ist perfekt ausgestattet! Die Schlafräume sind eher einer Wanderhütte zuzuordnen. Leider ist der Schornsteinabzug irgendwie nicht dicht. Es ist immer ein Geruch von Ruß im Raum. Gut, und die Kabel zur Küche sind auch nicht gerade standardgerecht. Aber alles in allem weiterzuempfehlen. Besonders die Lage ist echt top. Super essen im Bauernhof 150m hinter den Ruffre Seen gelegen. Sehr schöne Abendwanderung entlang des Radwegs. Mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Für uns hat es hier gepasst. LG Manuela

Einfach, aber gemütlich – genau richtig zum Abschalten

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes langes Wochenende im Ferienhaus.Das Häuschen liegt ruhig und eignet sich ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Es ist einfach, aber völlig ausreichend ausgestattet für ein paar entspannte Tage in der Natur. Besonders gefallen hat uns die ruhige Lage – perfekt, um abzuschalten. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt.

Fahrradtrip in den Bergen

Hätte ich die mitgeschickte PDF vorher gelesen, hätte ich mir viele Fragen sparen können. Der Vermieter war aber sehr gelassen und hat alles in Ruhe mit uns besprochen.Es war sehr gemütlich und mal etwas anderes. Wenn man einfach mal raus möchte ist das genau das Richtige.
