Wohnung war super sauber und alles vorhanden, was man braucht.Man kann direkt in der Einfahrt parken. Die Schlüssel bekommt man aus einem Schlüsselkasten. Den Code dafür bekommt man kurz vor der Anreise.Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Genau das richtige nach einem Tag in Berlin Centrum Der Vermieter war sehr nett und freundlich.Würde die Wohnung immer wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal in Berlin sind.Die S-Bahn Station ist bisschen weiter weg. Wir sind immer mit dem Auto dahin..PR ist dort kostenlos.Leider ist es Glücksache, dort ein Parkplatz zu bekommen. Viele Anwohner parken wohl da.

Gemütliche und stadtnahe Unterkunft

Wunderschöne und saubere kleine Wohnung in Teltow, alles vorhanden was man für einen schönen Urlaub benötigt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind gleich um die Ecke und die ÖPNV‘s sind fußläufig in ca. 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Wir hatten schon diverse Hotels in Berlin getestet und sind hier vom Komfort, der Flexiblität und der Ruhe sehr begeistert.

Hübsches und sauberes Kleinod am Stadtrand von Berlin

"Klein, aber fein", ist man versucht zu schreiben. Das Apartment ist blitzsauber, gut ausgestattet, und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat ausgezeichnet geklappt. Zwar hängt der Spiegel im Badezimmer etwas sehr hoch (meine Frau misst nur gerae 150 cm), aber die hübsche Terrasse und der schöne Garten haben dieses Manko wieder gutgemacht. Jedenfalls haben wir uns in dieser Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wenn uns der Weg zur Busstation und zum Supermarkt jeweils zu einem kleinen zusätzlichen Spaziergang gezwungen haben.

Es war eine schöne Zeit. Unsere Ziele Berlin und Potsdam waren mit dem ÖPNV sehr gut zu erreichen. Ca. 7-8 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Haltestelle.

Wir haben sehr lange nach einer guten und bezahlbaren FeWo gesucht. Es war von Anfang an alles perfekt und unkompliziert. Wir standen stets auf dem neuesten Stand. Die ganze Zeit unseres Aufenthaltes hatten wir unsere Ruhe. Alles war sehr sauber, ordentlich und tadellos vorrätig. Selbst für unseren PKW hatten wir direkt vor der FeWo einen gebührenfreien Parkplatz den wir selbst durch ein Tor verschließen könnten. Alles in allem ...wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen und können jedem diese FeWo wärmsten empfehlen.
