The house is even nicer than the pictures. It is in a great location - not far from the beach or from Truckee. It is a quiet neighborhood. Went with adult children and grandkids. Would have liked more "toys" for children, but luckily we brought our own. It was a great stay and I highly recommend it. We will be back next year.

At this price point, and given we’ve stayed at several homes in this neighborhood, we expected everything to be working. However air conditioning did not cool the home sufficiently during high summer temperatures ( repaired after 4 days however internal A/C return remained overly noisy during our stay), several window blinds were broken, and we had to purchase batteries for all the TV controllers which were not working. One additional inconvenience was that we were not provided with a front door key which meant we could only enter/exit via the garage.
