Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check out is by 10:00 AM or earlier. Please complete the following before you depart: Leave the unit as found—neat & tidy.
Place used towels on the Laundry room floor. Remove trash and place it in the dumpster located in the parking area near the Pickle Ball Court Remove all items from the fridge.
Close all windows and draw the shades. Set A/C to 75 degrees. Turn off all lights and ceiling fans. Double check for all your personal belongings. Close and lock all doors.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
