This house has a fully stocked kitchen with Granite counters, huge fridge, dishwasher, updated bathroom & vinyl plank flooring throughout. You'll enjoy Central air, a living room w/75" Roku TV & reclining sofa, a desk, a bedroom w/65" Roku TV, washer/dryer, plus front & rear decks. The window units are for late July/August when most places here can't reach cool, we can!
Enjoy easy access to Pensacola Beach just 11 minutes drive. Grocery 5 min drive plus an array of restaurants nearby.
