This smartly designed 2BR/2BA condo (735 sq ft) is just a short walk to the beach! Sleeps 5 with 2 queens, twin trundle, and sofa bed, great for families wanting space without booking multiple hotel rooms. Full kitchen, dishwasher, garbage disposal, crock pot, and in-unit washer/dryer. Pool, grills, and gazebo onsite. 1.1 miles to The Hangout and central Gulf Shores. One assigned parking space included.

The space
This unit is one flight up from ground level and located directly beside the pool and stairwell. Elevator access is available.

Sleeping Areas
Primary bedroom: Queen bed, TV, and split en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Second bedroom: Queen bed and twin trundle with TV.
Living room: Sofa converts to a full-size bed. Extra bedding is stored in the closet.

Kitchen & Dining
Kitchen includes cookware, dishes, dishwasher, garbage disposal, washer and dryer, and a Keurig that accepts pods or grounds.
Dining table seats six with two additional counter seats.

Beach & Grounds
Beach entry is across the street between neighboring buildings. An outdoor shower near the pool is available for rinsing sand.
Guests occasionally leave beach items — you are welcome to use them and return them rinsed.

Parking
One assigned marked space is provided. Additional on-site parking is very limited; nearby alternatives may be available but are not guaranteed.

Other things to note
- I try to provide basic supplies: toilet paper, paper towels, dish pods and soap, detergent, coffee basics, soap, shampoo & conditioner. If you run out, let me know!
- I appreciate my guests and welcome you reaching out to me with questions or concerns
- No parties, no destructive or rowdy behavior and no law breaking
- This is a no smoking property. The condominium has a dedicated smoking area near the bottom of the stairs. Message me for more information.
- While I love pets too, there are NO PETS allowed for guests at the Sea Breeze.
