Four bedrooms plus a private office, fiber wifi, toys and games, large fenced yard, corner lot. We are located between Austin and San Marcos; convenient for UT and Texas State events, river tubing, shopping, nightlife, and hill country wedding venues are just a short drive away! The lovely bedrooms feature one king bed and three queen beds, providing plenty of space for guests to relax.
