You cannot beat the location. So close (9 minutes walk) to Broadway. The unit had everything we needed to relax after days spent out. Definitely will recommend.

The furniture was out dated . The walk was a bit farther than expected. The seating was tight for 4 ppl . We had parking reserved and had to get a worker to move their car . The beds were hard and uncomfortable.

Easy check in and clean roomy accommodations! Easy walkability for everything downtown. Basic accommodations with coffee and kitchen tools available! Bathroom towels great. Fridge, ice maker. We also added parking which worked out well for us.

This is an amazing property. Clean and well maintained. It was within walking distance of Broadway and The Ryman which is what we were looking for. As a first time Vrbo person I struggled with checking in but my friend who was along got it done fairly quickly. We will stay here again.

Location is great. The negatives are: street noise is loud inside the unit and woke me up out of sleep a few times during the night; the ac worked great in the kitchen and living room, but the bedrooms were hot even with the thermostat turned down to 68 (lowest setting allowed); the blinds do not block street light or sunlight; and we were unable to to watch any college football games as the tv and Roku would not work properly

The Checkin was ok not great. Confusing we didn’t know until we got there that early Checkin may have been possible since there are lockers for your luggage. As it was we only got checkin codes 5 min before arrival. The beds were super comfy great bedding, bathrooms clean and updated. Enough seating for 4 people to sit around and chat. Don’t plan on cooking in unit besides coffee tea, there is one pot one fry pan and a toaster, enough for breakfast. Updated refrig was great. The location is great!!
