This was the perfect place to stay if you are bringing your dog. The outside patio area was secured with dog gates. The property was very convenient to all shopping and a short walk to the beach. The host was very prompt when answering questions we had during the stay. Condo was very clean. We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed staying at the property. It is an excellent location and a friendly community. We enjoyed meeting both guests like us and homeowners at the pool. The kitchen was well equiped and the living area comfortable. We had an issue with the damp and mustiness in the unit. We called and were given 3 damprids. It did help, but I recommend a dehumidifier. When we returned home, our clothes smelled and our suitcases.

The TV in the bedroom didn't work properly, every button pressed only moved the position the right. But we didn't vacation to atch tv, so not really an issue. Great property! Highly recommend!

The condo was lovely with lots of light. I especially enjoyed the walled patio - very private and tranquil. It would be great if traveling with a pet. Loved the first floor location. However, if you happen to be traveling with anyone with mobility issues, be aware that the living room is 2 steps down from the entry/kitchen. I’m already thinking about my next visit because working from the patio or the desk in the bedroom.

Great location! Convenient to some great restaurants, golf courses and grocery stores. The only minor issues we had were the overhead lights in the bedroom did not work and neither did the overhead fan. There was a fan in the closet and plenty of light from the lamps so it was not a big isssue. Also some fruit flies in the kitchen. They were not bad, but just wanted to make a note so y’all would be aware of it. We get those at our house on occasion.

We stay in Palmetto dunes at least three times a year and specifically choose St Andrews Common. We haven’t staying in this condo in the past. Checking in and out was very easy. The condo needs a thorough deep clean. It smelled of cigarette smoke at arrival. All the plates, glassware, and silverware were dirty. The fan above the stove was dripping grease while we cooked. I had to run everything through the dishwasher or wash by hand because they had old dried food. The full bathroom shower/tub combo needs a deep clean as there is mold and scum in the caulking of the tub/shower door. We wanted to use the board games on our rainy day but our choices were mousetrap, which is missing pieces and poker. We taught the kids how to play Texas hold ‘em instead. A lot of the light switches don’t work, so lighting was weird. There are no beach towels, which is a good thing because I brought my own. Pool is always nice and clean. All in all we had a good time but wont stay at this condo again in the future due to the cleanliness of the condo.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are glad check-in and check-out were easy and that you enjoyed the pool during your stay. We are disappointed the cleanliness of the condo did not meet expectations. Since your visit, we have addressed the cleaning concerns throughout the home, including the kitchenware, stove area, and bathroom, and have given these areas additional attention. We have also addressed the lighting issues and reviewed the games and amenities provided in the condo. We appreciate you bringing these items to our attention. Your feedback has helped us make improvements to the home, and we hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience in the future.
