With a Walk Score of 97, you'll be in a "Walker's Paradise" where most errands can be accomplished on foot. Many of San Diego's most sought after amenities are only a short Uber or car ride away. We do not have access to off street parking, and street parking can be difficult.



Other Things to Note:

This is an exclusive use, private downstairs 1bd apartment that is located in a 4-plex behind a 9 unit apartment building. There is no off street parking, and parking in the area can be somewhat difficult to come by. Please plan your transportation accordingly.
