Oceanfront Condo with private balcony. Located on the beautiful Oregon beach, the Sandpiper suites are a home away from home with full amenity options for your convenience and comfort.

This unit sleeps a maximum of 4 people. The main bedroom has a king bed, dresser, and television. The living room has a queen murphy bed, electric fireplace, recliner, couch, television, and ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, stove, coffee maker, and utensils. The dining area features seating for 6.


The Sandpiper Suites Resort rules and polices.

Check-in 4 pm & Check-out 10 am.
Parking will be assigned per unit.
Pets are not allowed in the units.
Service Animals are welcome (please notify office staff if you will be bringing a service animal).
Smoking is not allowed in your unit.
Ashtrays are placed near the sidewalk and the grass area at the north end of our complex by the picnic table.
Quiet times are from 10:00 P.M. to 8:00 A.M.

I was so surprised when we entered the property. It was more than I expected. So cute, so clean. The kitchen had everything you would need to make any meal you would possibly want. The view is spectacular however it is on a cliff and does not have direct beach access. I do not think it was far to that access but you will need to drive to it. We had a great stay and I will keep this in mind if I come back to the area. Thank you!

We loved the property. We had an issue with the code. They sent us the code, but didn’t tell us we had to hit the Yale button before and after the code for the door to unlock. We arrived after the office closed and when I called the after hours number I got a message they would return my message in the morning. Luckily I found a gentleman who was staying there and he knew how to work the lock. Once we got into our suite, we really enjoyed the property. Very well appointed, great view and location. Exceptionally clean and well equipped with everything you would need. We will definitely be back.

The Sandpiper Suites is an 18-unit Ocean Front Condominium resort featuring beautiful views of the ocean. It's within walking of beach access and to downtown Lincoln City.

What makes this property unique

The Sandpiper sits high atop a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Each unit has its own private balcony to watch beautiful sunsets, observe beach activities, and whale watching. We are near many great areas to hike and explore. All units come with full kitchens, electric fireplaces, washer/dryer, flat panel TVs, and comfortable furnishings.
