Welcome to your home away from home on historic Route 6A in Barnstable, hosted by HelmsBnB! Step into history at our beautifully fully renovated 1800s house in the heart of West Barnstable, MA. This charming home, which comfortably sleeps four, perfectly blends classic Cape Cod charm with contemporary, upscale amenities.

Featured on HGTV`s Houses with History, our brick worker`s cottage uniquely has two staircases leading to two separate bedrooms on the second floor. Each upstairs bedroom has a custom twin rope bed, adding a whimsical touch to your stay and ensuring a cozy night’s sleep. The third bedroom is on the main floor with a comfy queen size bed. Enjoy relaxing in the open concept kitchen and living room, where you can cozy up in front of the gas fireplace.

Less than 10 minutes to Barnstable Village for strolling and shopping and Sandy Neck and Craigville beaches to soak up the sun.

While we strive to minimize guest disturbances, we regularly maintain our home and may conduct lawn care during reservations, particularly on weekdays or during longer stays.

Smoking is not permitted in the house or near any open exterior doors. There is a $250 fee if violated.

Please remember this is our home so treat it like you would a friend`s home and we will do our best to make you feel like you`re a friend staying with us!

We have installed exterior only security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video outside all entrances and side doors. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever.
