Please note the following important details prior to check-in:
• A valid government-issued ID is required before your arrival.
• Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.
• If you are under 25, a $500 security deposit will be required prior to check-in. This deposit will be refunded after your stay, following a property inspection by our cleaning team. Refunds may take 14–30 days to process.

Long-Term Stays:
For stays of an extended duration, a refundable security deposit of $500–$750 will be required. The exact amount will depend on the length of your stay and will be communicated prior to booking/check-in. The deposit will be returned after checkout, provided there are no damages or other charges incurred during the stay.

 • All guests must shower before using the hot tub, and no food or drinks are allowed inside. If the water must be drained due to misuse, a $100 fee will be charged.

• We provide a starter supply of essential items, including:

 • Bathroom amenities: hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, 1 towel per guest, and 2–3 rolls of toilet paper

Guests are responsible for restocking any supplies they may need beyond what is initially provided.
