The house is a 3 bed 3 bath space with a two car garage in the main unit. In addition, the guests will have access to a separate unit mainly featuring a game hall with pool table and a full bath.

Outside, guests will have the entire 5+ acre property which includes hot tub, access to lake, open landscape, picnic benches, and igloo.
