Great Location - 1 Block off Bourban St

We enjoyed the location to the nightlife of New Orleans. The property was safe and clean. The beds were comfortable. We weren’t aware of the extra fees 36/day to park until after I booked the weekend.

Never in the place as advertised. We had to wait days for body soap, dishwasher and laundry soap.

We weren’t put in the unit as advertised. We were told it was an upgrade but the elevator didn’t work and we had to use stairs (2 of us are disabled). My husband lost his wedding band plunging their toilet. We were not compensated for the loss of time or his gold ring. That has never even been acknowledged by the owner.

Beautiful quiet loft in the middle of the action

This property is one block from bourbon street but it’s pretty quiet. It’s spacious, beautifully decorated and cozy.You can hear some music from one of the nearby bars but nothing so loud it is disturbing. And the bedrooms were very quiet’s The rooftop pool is so pretty I would def come back in summetime. Great stay!

Great place, plenty of room and Great location. The hallway is not Air Conditoned well and our unit was over 600ft from Elevator. We had to use a subsitute Condo because an Elevator to what we rented was broken, but I have to say the one we got was better configured for our group and as big, but no balcony.

This was a beautiful property with plenty of room. The beds were very comfortable. Location was within walking distance of all the fun of New Orleans. We enjoyed our stay so much!

Perfect French Quarter Location!

The apartment was huge. We really enjoyed the location and the host was very helpful. Because it’s so close to the Quarter it is a little loud but we had no problem sleeping. We also enjoyed sitting out on the balcony. We will definitely stay here again.

Close to Bourbon St with a large living room perfect for families

The owner clearly went out of his way to be responsive and make everything right for us. The beds were comfy, tvs in every room, complete coffee set up and as i said in the title, a great big living room perfect for gathering ehen we just needed a little down time. Never made it to the pool but that would be nice on those hot days.

My overall impression of the property was that it was extremely clean, and I felt very at home.

Jodi was very polite and helpful with possible things to do during our stay. Everything was clean and the apartment smelled awesome. She also personalized our stay by including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel for men and women and waters and soft drinks at no additional charge. The next time I visit New Orleans I will be staying here.!

Great location

Very clean and spacious. Great location. A little loud at night if you don't party til 3am. Beds were comfortable. Coffee pot not working correctly and Mike said he would bring a new one the day we checked in but it did not show up for 2 days. I messaged host several times and did not hear from him until I reached out to VRBO the day before we arrived. So check in was confusing. Also, I had to reach out to the host the day of check out to get instructions. Besides the host communication we really enjoyed our stay.

great place few snags

the place is lovely and Jodi was very nice. There was an issue with the sofa bed it was hard to pull up and apparently it was broken, but i guess the insurance covered it. would stay again would just check out everything in the place with the host first, LOVE NOLA

Perfect Location for a Bachelor Party.

This location is extremely nice. The apartment was clean, the beds are comfortable and clean, the electronics were modern, and the kitchen was stocked. Everything worked great I was worried about not being able to walk downtown but the owners have it set up great to have a great cab driver at your every beck and call for the weekend.
