This unbeatable location offers easy walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and local attractions, making it an ideal summer getaway for guests who want to park once and enjoy everything LBI has to offer on foot.

The home was renovated in 2025 and features a newly updated open-concept living area, including a modern kitchen with island, living room, and small dining space. This is a side-by-side duplex, offering a single-level living layout with no units above or below, providing added privacy and comfort compared to traditional up-and-down configurations. The layout includes two bedrooms, each furnished with a queen-size bed, and one full bathroom. The living room features a sleeper sofa, offering flexible sleeping space for two more guests. The home is equipped with central air conditioning and a smart TV in the living room.

Outside, guests can enjoy a small backyard with outdoor seating, a grill, and an outdoor shower, perfect for rinsing off after a day at the beach.

Parking includes two off-street spaces in the front yard, with additional first-come, first-served street parking available.

This location is exceptionally walkable, offering convenient access to the ocean beach as well as bay beach amenities at the end of the street, including a bayfront gazebo and picnic area—perfect for a sunset stroll, a happy hour drink, or an ice cream cone by the bay.
