Beautiful luxurious weeklong sunny vacation

Our thoroughly enjoyed our stay at house-super high end and clean-spectacular views of the mountains from the pool, living room and master bedroom. Loved pool and hot tub(turn it on when you arrive in order to heat it) at the house-make sure you ask the additional in advance. We decided against heating the pool because it added so much to the cost. We walked to Rick’s and Billy Reed’s. Downtown PS has a free parking garage. so going in was easy. Went to Indian Wells for the tennis tournament-no more than 30 minutes away. We spent lots of time at the community fitness center(nice!) and pools and hot tub, which are beautiful with plenty of comfortable sun chairs. There were barely any other people there. We also enjoyed the walking paths around the property. We cooked some meals at the house-it’s fully stocked-even had a smoothie maker. Albertson’s is just a few minutes drive for groceries.My only concern happened when we arrived after hours on a Saturday night because check in instructions came from a variety of names, so I struggled to find the 3 different codes needed to get into the house. You need 1-garage door code(same as code for door to the house from the garage), 2-courtyard entry code, and 3-front door code.Vacasa after hours eventually did help, but it took awhile to get someone on the phone. One bedroom has a murphy-type bed but was comfortable. Sheets and carpets and mattresses were luxurious.Power blinds also easy to use and fancy.Highly recommend!

Pre arrival info was voluminous and confusing including Docusign documents but ironically the codes to enter the property didn't work. Had to call a few times to resolve. We paid a lot extra for pool heating for 7 days but it only worked for 3.5 days and when we complained were told that no refunds are given. VRBO ghosted us during the process then required us to state what property we were at even though we were using the App. We just want a quiet life and are not serial complainers but this property was administered very poorly in our opinion
