Beautiful house in a very quiet yet convenient to everything neighborhood. The house was very well equipped with everything you need. I highly recommend this house and I have rented many over the years in PS.

Perfect Palm Springs Spot for 6!

Beautiful, well-appointed single family home in a great neighborhood. Close to all the great amenities of Palm Springs and we enjoyed walking the neighborhood. Three awesome bedrooms, each with its own ensuite. We would definitely stay here again!

Pros: The property is really lovely and in a great location. Nicely decorated, and so nice that three rooms are ensuite. Dog friendly.Cons: (1) This is a Vacasa property, so most communication ends up outside VRBO, and it can be a little unclear who you can reach out to for assistance. (2) Relatedly, there were several miscommunications that led to a delay in getting in (following a long travel day). I emailed my ID as directed, but who knows who it actually went to, as they did nto get it and I had to text it from the road. Then they never sent the check in info in time (they said I'd have it by 3:45). After reaching out to 3 different people, and getting the WRONG door code, I finally got the correct code at 4:34 (for a 4:00 pm check in). (3) The beds are very very firm. (4) While there are many things most don't need (a rolling pin?) there was no coffee, sugar, tea, or coffee filters. (5) The front door lock periodically stopped working.

Palm Springs resort!

This is my second visit to this house. It is so open and light! Love looking out at the pool and the mountains. The place is immaculate and decorated beautifully. It feels like a private resort in a quiet neighborhood which is also centrally located. Beds are very comfy and the hot water is awesome. I will be visiting again!!!

Lovely comfortable home!

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful and comfortable home. There was everything we needed to enjoy our stay and even some extras we didn’t expect (toys that our grandson loved, a ping pong table and a corn hole game that our adult children enjoyed and lots of pool toys). The only thing that would have made it better would be if it had a larger outdoor table for meals. We would definitely recommend this property.

Everything you want and need

My 3 friends and I have been having a yearly get away in Palm Springs for the last 7 years. This house was by far the best rental. It provided ample shade for those of us who need it as well as tons of sun for those who want to tan. The electric retractable awning was a game changer for both outdoor use as well as cooling off the house. We cooked almost all our meals at the home and it was very well supplied even down to a rolling pin. The listing said 2 queens and 1 king. But it was actually 2 kings and 1 queen (bonus for us). Any issues we had were addressed promptly and to our satisfaction. Would highly recommend this home.

Most beautiful house - highly recommend

My fiancé and I had an incredible stay at this house. It's three full bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool and outdoor space was beautiful. The house was spotless upon arrival, and is super well stocked so that you can cook, grill, bake, and host. The actual neighborhood is lovely, lots of quiet but nice neighbors and we felt very safe. Worth every penny guys!

Great house in a great location

This house was more amazing than the pictures show, it seems much bigger and is perfect for three couples. All rooms have their own bathroom and two are bigger with the main one having a urinal and steam shower which we loved. It has everything you need for cooking with a well equipped kitchen and enjoying the pool with plenty of towels and plastic dishes. K-cup and normal coffee maker worked great. Pool and hot tub were great, definitely get the pool heating outside of summer.

Awesome getaway!!!

A perfect getaway. We stayed 2 weeks and had different family stay with us throughout our stay. The extra sheets provided allowed us to freshen the guest rooms up between stays! I am just coming out of surgery and chemo so I was able to get a redo of the summer I missed. The backyard set up is wonderful and the awning that rolls out make the patio cool and shades the pool. My brother loved the grill. My sister and cousin loved the fire pit. My husband loved the tv and living room to do some work. I loved pool!!! The kitchen was so well stocked with everything you would need. Everyone loved the ambiance and said I should book it again next year!!!

The house was super clean ! Bigger in person pictures doesn’t do it justice . Only bad thing we can say is the gardeners showed up before 8 AM ! And the next day something with Edison wanted to come to see trees from the back yard ! Before 8:00 Am . Then we had to let a maintenance guy in so he can fix something in the bedrooms showers . This could been done before we arrived . Overall the house is great for a family of 4 ! We did have a great time …

Beautiful Home with amazing amenities

Even more beautiful than the photos. We travel a lot and I don’t think I’ve ever stayed at a home better stocked. The layout is perfect, each room has its own bathroom and TV. All the doors that access the pool have safety alarms which helped ease my fears traveling with young kids. Everything is well-thought out and there is beautiful art throughout the home. It’s elegant while still being super comfortable. We grilled and cooked several nights and the kitchen had everything we needed. The pool is the perfect size and the awning that extends over the pool keeps it shaded during the hottest parts of the day. The landscaping is beautiful and the pool is even stocked with a bunch of pool toys. They have updated the glass coffee table in the family room with a larger wooden table. The staff was also super helpful, professional, friendly and responded to any issues promptly. We had an amazing time — this will be where we stay our next time in Palm Springs!

Loved the house, pool, etc.

Our stay was Jan 6 - Mar 20. Vacasa was our Host. Check in went fine over texts and email. Some things were not properly cleaned. Cushions for patio chairs stained, noticeably dirty chair bases. Lots of spots on the living room carpet we cleaned up. The white couch and cushion stained and smelly. All throw pillows were stained, we ended up putting them in a closet. We had 9 days of pool heat problems; pool heater replacement, then 5 days later pool heater ignition was shot! Sad, as our children and grandchildren were here the 5 days the pool had no heat! Several other texts and calls to Vacasa Management went unanswered. They seemed very disconnected.

Spectacular home.

The house is wonderful - spacious, light, mostly comfortable. The outdoor pool area is lovely and inviting. The covered porch is perfect, with a retractable awning that lets you control sun exposure. There are pool toys for kids, a ping pong table on the porch, an outdoor grill and fire pit. The outdoor chairs are extremely comfortable.And there are 2 king beds and 1 queen - not 2 queens as the listing says! The 3 en suite bed/baths are great! The kitchen is probably better equipped than my own!On the negative side, the hard chairs and wooden bench at the dining table could use some tweaking for comfort. Dealing with the management company was frustrating. When I asked for an early checkin (4 pm is really too late) I got three different answers from 3 different people. In the end they texted me at 1:45 to say I could check in at 2. Hard to plan your day. The rigmarole for “virtual checkin” is annoying and cumbersome. Why is a phone call necessary after all paperwork and ID verification is complete? When I called to report a problem with a shower they were supposed to call me back and never did. They didn’t know what was in the house (yes, there are hairdryers! I didn’t need to bring one.) But overall a wonderful property. I would rent it again.

Quiet and comfortable

This is a very nice property and we enjoyed the stay. There are a few things that need attention in order to make the place perfect. First, the WiFi is super slow and more like dial-up. Also, the television/cable system is very complicated and we are fairly tech savvy. Loved being able to park in garage. Pool heat/ sauna heat situation needs to be spelled out accurately to renters. It needs to be stated that the pool and jacuzzi cannot be heated at the same time. Jacuzzi does not stay heated and you must push the button and wait 20 minutes each time you use it. It's inconvenient. I'm sure this can be fixed somehow to the owners satisfaction, but it is inconvenient for vacationers to have to wait. The home is otherwise beautiful and well stocked, cleaned. Note that the pool service company enters thru the side gate and left it unlocked after leaving. We found gate unlocked when we arrived as well, so I am assuming they also left it unlocked before we arrived.
