Spend an unforgettable season in the desert at this garden-level condo overlooking the mountains of Palm Springs. Enjoy two private patios, wonderful on-site amenities, and a fantastic location close to world-class golf courses and some of the area's most beloved hiking trails.

This condo sits on the ground floor of Esprit, a complex just east of downtown with a sparkling outdoor pool and hot tub, a spacious sundeck, and tennis courts on its manicured grounds. You can access The Ramp and the Goat Trails just across East Palm Canyon Drive, with downtown's excellent restaurants, boutiques, and nightlife less than five miles west.

Begin and end each beautiful day in the desert on your private patios - one off the primary suite that's perfect for morning coffee and another adjoining the living room where you can have dinner and dessert with a view of the mountains.

The interior living space is beautifully updated and centrally air-conditioned, with an open layout bringing together the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Cook with ease using stainless steel appliances (including a French-door fridge and dishwasher), gather for meals at the circular table, and spend the evening hours streaming movies on the living room's smart TV.
