The Space:

The main living area is bright and inviting, with expansive windows that frame the surrounding mountains. A large sectional anchors the space, creating a natural place to gather after a day outdoors. Whether it’s movie night, morning coffee with a view, or a quiet moment with a book, the living room feels warm and welcoming year-round. A second lounge area near the kitchen offers additional space for your group to spread out comfortably.
The kitchen is fully equipped for shared meals, from quick breakfasts before heading to the slopes to relaxed dinners at home. A gas stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, and a full range of cookware and essentials make it easy to cook and dine together. The dining area invites long conversations and unhurried evenings.
The home sleeps up to fourteen guests across four thoughtfully arranged bedrooms, offering a mix of queen and full beds to accommodate different group configurations. One bedroom includes an ensuite bath and lofted sleeping area, while another opens to a private balcony with beautiful mountain views. Wildlife: This is a home in a rural part of the country. You may see wildlife including deer, coyotes, foxes, and bears. Please be mindful of your surroundings and never leave trash outside unless it’s inside the closed dumpster.
Weather: In the winter, there will be snow, ice, and occasional snowstorms. We recommend driving a vehicle with AWD or 4WD. Please drive with caution and be prepared with regards to the ability of your vehicle to drive in the snow.
Power & Internet: The home is equipped with high speed WiFi and Smart TVs. Nonetheless, this is a rural part of the country, you may lose power or internet during inclement weather. We do not issue refunds for loss of power or internet out of our control.
Pets: We're happy to welcome your pup to the home. There’s a $150 fee + tax for the first dog and $50 + tax for each additional one. If you’re planning to bring more than one, please reach out to us before completing your booking so we can get everything set up for you. For everyone's comfort, we kindly ask that dogs stay leashed outdoors and that you clean up after them. Please note that cats aren't permitted due to allergy concerns. Any pet-related damages may result in additional charges.
