House was exactly what we needed for our large group. Host was great at communicating, house was clean, and property was perfect for the kids to explore and play outside. 10 minutes to the gondola at Killington was a huge plus. We will be back
We stayed here for our annual ski weekend with a large group and the house accommodated us great! Loved using the jacuzzi, skating on the pond, and sledding in the yard. We’ll remember this spot if we come back to the Killington/Okemo area in the future.
Stayed here for 2 nights for a ski trip at Killington! We had a large group and this house was spacious and had a lot of rooms and beds to fit everyone comfortably. We cooked dinner one of the nights we stayed and the kitchen was well stocked and equipped with everything we needed. One thing to note is there aren’t toiletries or towels so make sure to bring your own. The host was very responsive and nice and provided all the info we needed for the stay!
-Host never sent access info causing a 2 hour delay to our entry.-Day 2 we ran out of heating oil. No heat or hot water. They did get heat on eventually, but no one could shower till morning.-BBQ is small and requires charcoal-House in general is very outdated and even small repairs are left undone.-I would most likely not stay here again or recommend this home to a friend
Our stay was just incredible! We did a family Thanksgiving getaway and it was magical. The house was incredibly comfortable for our group! We hope to return in the near future!
The house was absolutely lovely. My partner and I had our mirco wedding here and it was the perfect spot for it. Our friends and family enjoyed the game barn, pond and hot tub.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was big enough for us all to be together but also had lots of rooms for private time. The property is magnificent with lots to explore. We loved the jacuzzi and the outdoor swings.
We had the best time staying here! The location was perfect and close to Woodstock and Killington! The skiers had great conditions thanks to a snow storm, and the non-skiers had fun snow tubing in Killington and going to lunch. There were 18 of us who stayed at the house and we had more than enough room for everyone to be comfortable. We couldn't have asked for a better stay.
My two daughters and their families (spouses and 7 kids) stayed for a week in this lovely place. The upstairs bedrooms were accessible from two staircases, and made a natural divide between families, with each reaching their spaces via a different staircase. The pond was a great hit with the kids (ages 2 to 10 years old) and the dog. We used the spacious grill to make s'mores on multiple nights. Both daughters grew up in the Upper Valley, and visited all their favorite restaurants, plus discovered new fun places to take the kids swimming. It was a great week for everyone.
Easy check in and great WiFi. Host was quick on replying to all texts when we had them. We stayed in mid July and the temps were fine. The AC was sufficient, but upstairs we did need to use the fans and window units. If you will have more than 15 staying and intend on using the kitchen, make sure to bring enough plastic ware for eating. Since you are basically out in the middle of nowhere, make sure to either have everything you need food wise or count on driving back and forth to either Woodstock or Killington to restaurants and grocery stores. There are a couple within walking distance though from the house. The pond was enjoyable for the kids and dogs to play around in when needed.
My friends and I stayed at this house for 4 nights for a ski trip and it was perfect for a large group. Everyone had a bed to sleep in which was amazing, the host was very responsive to any issues and so apologetic when the dishwasher malfunctioned. The property is in a great location and the host provided us with great reccomendations. We enjoyed our stay here and would love to stay again in the future.
