Guest Policies

• Mid-Week Pricing (Sun–Thurs):

• $650/night + fees

• Example: Sun–Thurs (4 nights) = $2600 + fees

• Example: Mon–Thurs (3 nights) = $1950 + fees

• Note: VRBO sometimes miscalculates midweek-only stays—please confirm and we’ll adjust.

• Weekend Stays:

• Guests can arrive or depart on Saturdays, but the full weekend rate (Fri & Sat nights) will apply.

• Events/Weddings:

• Up to 25 guests = no additional fee

• 25–100 guests = $1500 venue charge + event insurance (≈ $150/3 days if serving alcohol)
