We are all four former military (Army and Navy). We love connecting with fellow West Point, Naval Academy, Marquette, Notre Dame (MBA), Wharton (MBA), and Syracuse (MBA) alums. We operate our own short and long-term rental properties, but would be happy to talk to you about investing, managing or co-hosting yours.

This is an amazing area of Jacksonville Beach where you will find many restaurants, cafes, and shopping areas within walking distance. The property is less than 100 yards from the beach, so that is the best feature. We love having the option of walking to local eats or hitting up established healthy chains. The Neptune Beach Towne Center is less than 10 min drive and has its own set of food, shopping, and nightlife.
