Discover this charming 2-bedroom house/cottage in Laguna Beach. Laguna Beach is a surf capital and is referred to as the "French Riviera " of the US. It is also well known to be an art colony and home of the world famous "Pageant of the Massters". Located on a quiet, tree lined street in the village of Laguna Beach the house is walking distance to the beach and down town. Fabulous restaurants and art galleries are right around the corner in both directions. The free trollies run regularly throughout town and beyond so need for a car. The eclectic decor and comfy cottage "feel" of the house invite you to relax after a beach day, a long walk through the gorgeous Heisler Park or a day of exploring the local festivals and the area beyond. Conveniently there is a supermarket right around the corner, a mere 5" walk away. The bedrooms include a queen bed in the master and a trundle in the guest room. The backyard and the front deck invite you to relax or grill in our perfect California weather. This lovely home provides a quiet retreat and is a perfect place to unwind and let go of stress and worry while having access to the beauty of our charming little town and the magnificent Pacific Ocean !
