My main consideration in renting this property was its closeness to the town of Hillsborough. The property was clean however that’s all I can say. The road leading to the property was unpaved and sewer lines were recently installed and stuck up in road. Also commercial buildings were on right side of house and we heard thumping/banging noises. Across road was a major highway so constant noise from that. Inside the house refrig had been moved and the upper cabinet next to it caused us to bump our heads into it. My boyfriend fell in shower as no grab bar (we are in our 70’s). Grouting around tub needed redoing. AC filters needed replacing as lots of sneezing. Final word: you get what you pay for!
