Other Things To Note:
Guests and all members of their party assume full responsibility for any risks, damages, or liabilities arising during or after their stay. The Host/Owner is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages incurred by guests or their party while on the property.

You may notice a slight yellow tint in the tap water—this is normal in Fort Lauderdale and Miami due to natural peat soil filtration from the Biscayne Aquifer. Rest assured, the water is safe to drink and meets all quality standards.

Ft Lauderdale is very tropical. You may see iguanas/lizards/peacocks in the yard on your stay.

We do have mosquito zappers on the property running 24 hours. You might see some mosquitos outside of the house. Please keep all the doors closed to prevent mosquitos from entering inside.

Valid ID & Rental Agreement Required: To ensure a smooth and secure stay, the city of Fort Lauderdale requires all guests to sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in. The full agreement will be sent after booking, and signing is required to confirm your stay.

HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily housekeeping service included. The home is professionally cleaned and inspected before each check-in. Fresh linens and towels are provided. Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Children are welcome. Please note the home is not child-proofed, and cleaning products are accessible. Adult supervision is required.

Security cameras are installed at exterior entry points for your safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
