It doesn’t get much better than this! <br>Enjoy your holiday in this stylishly furnished holiday rental on the upper floor of a building with four holiday units. This newly built 3-room apartment with a large rooftop terrace offers over 100 m² of space and every comfort. The three rooms can accommodate up to four people. The holiday apartment features modern, high-quality furnishings. Subtle maritime accents, chosen with great attention to detail, reflect its proximity to the sea. The light colour scheme, combined with the open floor plan, creates a fresh yet cosy atmosphere. There’s a very comfortable sofa area and a wood-burning stove for cold winter days. The living area is open to the kitchen, and the many windows in the attic make the apartment seem even larger than it already is. Two bedrooms—the master bedroom with a double bed (1 x 180x200 cm) and the children’s room with a daybed that can be converted into a bed for overnight guests in no time. Simply pull out the sleeping surface, and you’ll have a comfortable double bed (2 x 80x200 cm)! Of course, you can darken the Velux windows in the bedrooms. A cosy bathroom with a walk-in shower and a guest bathroom are also part of the apartment. A special highlight of this apartment is undoubtedly the approximately 30 m² rooftop terrace facing southwest—complete with a beach chair and lounge furniture. A parking space in front of the house is included with this apartment. You can store any bicycles you bring with you in the garden. A cosy barbecue area in the garden invites you to relax. And if you do need to work, you’ll find a desk with a LAN cable in the bedroom. Wi-Fi is included. A cot, a high chair, and a handcart for our younger guests are included as standard amenities. A wallbox for charging your electric car is available for a daily flat rate of €10. This flat rate can only be booked for the entire duration of your stay.
