This lovely cozy home is located on pristine Silver Lake and only 15 minutes south of North Conway (you will miss the busy traffic).

Wake up in the morning and listen to the cries of the loons. Enjoy your morning breakfast while looking out at the lake from the living room picture window, outdoor deck or master bedroom.

Afterward, go for a swim, canoe or relax on the semi private sandy beach. You can also rinse off from the temperature controlled outdoor shower (just outside the master bedroom).

If you want to venture out, there is plenty of shopping hiking trails, mountain climbing, fishing and various other attractions. After a full day, return to this beautifully appointed lake home and enjoy your evening cocktails as you sit outside relaxed as you look out at the lake.

This home is for the discriminating traveler. Occupied by its owners when not offered to travelers, it is tastefully appointed and meticulously maintained offering a very clean, cozy atmosphere to help you relax and find peace and tranquility the moment you step through the door. All this within feet of the lake and minutes to the White Mountain Valley activities.

There are two floors to this home featuring a full bath, a comfortable living area and galley kitchen. Each floor has its own bedroom allowing the opportunity for privacy when it is time to retire for the evening. The ground level bedroom offers a king size bed, gas stove and french doors leading to the lake. The first floor offers a queen size bed. The bathroom is located on the first floor with the outside shower adjacent to the master bedroom.

Family week at the lake

We had a wonderful time on silver lake! My 12 year old son spent every day at the association's beach and met a few other little boys as playmates. Everyone was very friendly. The house was clean and cool. Kitchen was well stocked, and the sun porch gets a great breeze. The master bedroom is in the basement and stays nice and cool, but there is no bathroom down there, and the stairs were really loud, so that was a small downside. My older parents stayed with us and it was great to have a queen bedroom right on the first floor next to the bathroom. We found the place cozy and easy, perfect for our family vacation!

Great family vacation, house was very clean and owner is easy to communicate with...

First I would like to thank Fedrico for always responding to any questions both before and during our vacation in an extremely timely manner. Our family enjoyed a great week on Silver Lake canoeing, kayaking, fishing and swimming. We also enjoyed some off lake activities like hiking, mini golf, great dinners out and just an overall relaxing week with family and friends. The house was very clean and spacious. Both check-in and check-out were very simple. The layout is perfect to ensure you are not all right on top of each other. Having to only worry about bringing beach towels and not household towels and linens was also a huge plus. Thank you again for the use of your home.

Great Week

Our family had a wonderful week at Silver Lake. The house is clean and has a nice view of the lake from the living room. We also really enjoyed the beach and there were lots of great hiking spots within a short drive. Fredrico was very easy to communicate with for any questions. We really enjoyed our stay!

Great get away week!

The house was spotless and very comfortable. Great location for exploring the beautiful White Mountains and relaxing on the lake. Silver Lake is a quiet lake, great for canoeing, kayaking, and swimming. We took a few days exploring the surrounding area but looked forward to coming back to the house each evening! Thank you Federico for the space you provide and the care you obviously give to it. Truly appreciated. Hope to return!

Perfect Family Lakeside Getaway

This lake house is absolutely beautiful with a panoramic view of the lake out of the living room window and an amazing master bedroom with patio facing the water and an outdoor shower. Our family of 4 with two kids under two stayed here for a week and the convenience of being just steps from a semi-private beach, not having to bring sheets and towels or cooking items, and having a washer and dryer could not be matched. We had our parents stay a night and the house was plenty big- they loved staying on the second floor with their own bathroom and shower. Additionally, the area is perfect in that it is quiet and beautiful but there is a lot to do a short drive away in almost every direction (North Conway, Lake Winnepesaukee, etc,), The owner was extremely kind and communicative and accommodating. I would highly recommend a stay at this home!

What a vacation!

This was a great vacation! Great location! Fantastic house!!!! Perfect for our family of 5 which includes 2 college aged kids and one teen ager. The house was beautiful and extremely well kept. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The deck, the porch and the sitting area outside of the master bedroom gave many options for morning coffee, dining, reading or just relaxing..... The outside shower was a bonus since there are already 2 bathrooms in the house. Being that close to Silver Lake allowed for a very relaxing vacation not having to plan every day to go to the beach - just walk down the steps! Silver Lake is gorgeous! The owner's canoe allowed us to explore. We also had the added pleasure of a neighbor taking us out on his boat to show us the lake. He took us jet skiing and tubing!!! (Something our kids really enjoyed) The location of the house is away from it all but close enough to North Conway and Lake Winnipesaukee if you decide to venture out. The owners were more than accommodating and very easy to work with. We will definitely go again - our kids wanted to stay another week so our only regret was we rented it for 1 week instead of 2!!!

Great Family Vacation

My family just returned from an amazing week at this beautiful home. The house was perfect for our family of 5. My sons 8 and 6 loved the yard and especially the outdoor shower. And my two year old daughter kept her nose pressed up against the big glass window looking over "her pool". Silver Lake is an amazing find. I have been going to NH every summer since I was very little and had never heard of it. It's beautiful and crystal clear. The home is in great condition and you can tell the owners take pride in it. Communication with the owners was excellent and it was such an easy rental. I had my morning coffee on the porch. We cooked dinners and ate in a couple of evenings and even had a picnic on the beach. Can't say enough about the home. We wouldn't hesitate renting again.

Fantastic.

My wife, two young daughters and I rented this home for a week. The house exceeded our expectations in nearly every way. First: The house is very, very well cared for. It is clean and has many updates. From the stone walls and landscaping to the updated basement, it's clear the owners don't relax much when they stay here! Second: The communication with the owners was excellent. They answered all of our questions and not in a manner seemingly to sell us on the rental, but rather straight and honestly to ensure we were choosing the right place for our vacation. Last: Not mentioned in the description are a few things we really appreciated. There were very convenient stairs from the lower level down to access the beach. Also, the beds were very, very comfortable...it was the first time my wife preferred a bed over our own. Overall we can't say enough about how great our stay was. The house was perfect and Silver Lake is a real find. With so many lakes and mountains around the area you would not expect how peaceful, underbuilt and seemingly overlooked this lake is.

Great Family Vacation for 4

We spent the second week of July in this lovely cottage. The cottage was perfect for a family of four two adults and children ages 11 and 14. Everything was neat, tidy and clean upon arrival. The cottage is set just back from the lake and has access to a very nice beach. The cottage has excellent views of the lake and is in a private setting. We swam every day and enjoyed the crystal clear water of the lake. It was also enjoyable to borrow the provided canoe and paddle the calm waters of Silver Lake. We usually had our supper on the screened porch which has a view of the lake, The kitchen is a standard Galley kitchen and has everything that you require. The back deck gets the evening sun and is a great place to relax in the late afternoon/early evening and BBQ. As well the lawn at the back of the property is large enough play catch with a baseball or football. The front patio is at ground level and on those hot afternoons is shaded and perfect place to view the lake. There is plenty to do in the area. North Conway shopping, river tubing, hiking and mountain coasting were some of the activities did. As well, we found that there was a number of good restaurants in the area. The owners are very good folks and they were pleasure to deal with. If you are looking for a relaxing holiday and have a family of 4-5 this cottage would be a great choice.

Memorable Family Vacation

Our family (2 adults/2 children) spent a wonderful and memorable July week at this lovely home on Silver Lake. The home was immaculate, tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished, with lots of updates. The master bedroom is divine. Having never seen Silver Lake before, we were taken by its beauty and tranquility and we were delighted to observe the 2 loon families that call the lake home. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking and fishing in the pristine water and the convenient location allowed us to take some excursions for other activities (hiking, biking, sightseeing). We are grateful to the owners who could not have been more attentive and helpful in making our vacation the best it could be- they even purchased floats especially for our arrival! We will definitely return!

Great week on the lake!

My family stayed at this lake house for July 4th weekend in 2014. We had a blast and it was great being so close to the beach. Our daughter and her friend could go down for a swim and we could watch them right from the house. The place was very clean, and the master bedroom downstairs was impressive. The house is not that large, but very comfortable for four people to spend the week. Also, there are many other semi-public beaches within ten minutes worth checking out, and the number of restaurants between Ossipee and North Conway give a great selection for eating out. I didn't have much luck fishing on Silver Lake itself, but there were plenty of other rivers and lakes that offered plenty of trout and smallmouth bass. All in all, we had a great family vacation in 2014, and would recommend this house to anyone looking to have a relaxing summer trip of hanging around in the White Mountains and on the lake.

Warm Welcoming and Above and Beyond

From the minute we arrived, at midnight during the record breaking snow of February, this felt like home from home. Where else would the homeowner wait until that time to show you around, before setting off on a lengthy drive in a snow storm. This place has everything you could ever want on vacation and all of it beautifully appointed, clean and welcoming. We'll be back - perhaps next time in the summer for a different perspective. My wife and I have visited the area extensively. We always felt at peace during our visits. We longed for a place of our own on a Lake. Silver Lake is that place. Ranked pristine in status with minimal boat traffic, we knew we found our place when this home became available.

This home is unique. It is very quaint with plenty of charm. It is comfortable and clean. It has been through an extensive remodel within the past several years. The proximity to the lake, highway and area amenities make it an ideal location.
