This was a very nice cottage in Albany NH for our two week summer getaway. It was very clean and updated and is exactly as advertised. The cottage had everything we needed. Communication with the owners was fast and friendly. As advertised, it is on a busy secondary highway so if this is an issue, please make it a consideration. It is close to the beautiful Kancamagus Highway and numerous hiking trails (the dog loved it). If visiting the North Conway area it is convenient to all the attractions and nearby western Maine.

I can’t say good enough things about this place! It’s perfect for two people and a pet. We had the best time hiking and checking out North Conway with such a lovely, warm place to come back to. Perfect home for our weekend getaway

This property is in a great spot located close enough to experience all that North Conway has to offer. It is convenient for outdoor activities, shopping, restaurants and fun family-friendly activities in the area. It was a great place for my husband and I to get away from the kids for a few days. Best to rent in the Conway area!

As a frequent travel, I stayed in more rental homes that I can remember. This one sticks out as one of the best. It’s small but everything you need and then some. Completely remodeled so nice fresh feeling when you walk in three air conditioners so the house is almost too cold ( we were there during heat wave). It’s on the main road of Sixteen, but it wasn’t an issue. Perfect location to the Kangamangus Highway less than five minute ride and you’re in downtown North Conway and about 10-15 minutes.

We chose this property in this area because we've been going to the White Mountains for vacations since high school for camping, ski trips and weekend road trips along the Kancamagus Highway enjoying the views and activities the area has to offer.

What makes this property unique

The property is in a great location right near all of the things North Conway, the Saco River, and the Kancamagus Highway has to offer. The skiing, hiking, swimming, mountain biking the area has never gets old and every time we're up there we have something new that we find to do.
