Our charming carriage house features an open concept design with high ceilings and a spacious sleeping loft. The master bedroom has a king size, memory foam mattress. Upstairs in the loft area is a Queen size bed and a Full size bed. We're a quick walk to the restaurants and shops in historic North Conway Village like
Zeb's General Store candy counter or the Old Village Bakery! Cranmore Mountain Resort with the Adventure Park is a 10 minute walk in the other direction plus easy access to great mountain biking trails and the paved Rec Path. The Conway Scenic Railroad and Schouler Park in the village are a quick walk down the well-lit sidewalks. Story Land is a 10 minute drive. We're a quick 15 minute drive to Attitash Mountain Resort and 20 minutes to Wildcat and Pinkham Notch and Mt. Washington. You can take a lazy canoe, kayak or tube down the Saco River (First Bridge beach on the Saco is 1 mile away) and we have camp chairs and beach towels available. Echo Lake State Park (2.3 miles away) is perfect for a family picnic and swim. There's great shopping at Settlers Green Outlets. The White Mountains has some of the best hiking and family fun - Diana's Baths and Arethusa Falls are our favorites. We live on property in the cottage next door with our two Saint Bernards, Iggy and Yara.

Wonderful Place and Great Location!

My family loved the carriage house! It was very clean and hosts were great. There was a chair that was perfect for blocking the stairway from allowing my little ones to climb up. We were so close to everything and just a couple minute drive to Cranmore Mountain, where we took advantage of the tubing and mountain coaster! We will definitely be back.

The carriage house was fabulous and Karen and Russ were friendly and welcoming! Everything was cozy and comfortable including plenty of hot water and heat! It was a super rental and we’ll definitely book with them again!

Amazing

Had such a great time here. The location was perfect and the house itself was lovely. My only complaint is how small the bathroom and shower were. Other than that, the space was perfect for what we needed. To other people staying here, check out Peach’s for breakfast. Such a cute and cozy diner vibe with delicious food.

The Carriage house was clean cozy and very comfortable. It is also very nicely decorate. It is close to all the outlets and shops in the area. We will look forward to staying again next year.

A treasure!

The Carriage House is in the perfect location for local shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. It’s also convenient to popular hiking trails in the White Mountains. The property is beautiful, very well-maintained and comfortable! Karen is a kind and accommodating host! We hope to return one day in the future!

A Wonderful Little Cottage

This property is a short walk to downtown North Conway. My husband raved about the bakery just down the street (he’s an early riser). The cottage is really cute, had everything we needed and is very comfortable (especially the soft strawberry blanket). The location is wonderful for hiking to multiple waterfalls and a (must do) trip to the summit of Mount Washington. We had a lovely visit and highly recommend this property.

This was a needed get away for us. Place is exactly as shown and area is quiet. We could take a short walk and get to main road. I can see us staying again next year.

The property was immaculate and our hosts were exceptional. They introduced themselves shortly after we arrived but gave us our space from that point on. Perfect cottage

The house is exactly as listed, and even more charming in person. Perfectly located to everything we wanted to see, walking distance to downtown but very quaint and quiet. The king bed is really comfortable and the loft is plenty big enough. We will definitely be returning in the future!

Such a cozy little carriage house

My family and I stayed at the carriage home for 3 nights. My husband and I brought our three children to visit Story Land for the first time and were looking for a nice place to stay. Needless to say, we found what we were looking for. We absolutely loved the home. It was clean, cozy, and perfect for our little family. While we did not explore other activities, we plan to return for a second visit. The home is in a very nice and quiet neighborhood and very close to many tourist areas. We 100% recommend this place.

Property was clean and comfortable and the owners were friendly and easy to communicate with. Location was quiet but an easy walk to downtown and also close to the ski slope (will have to come back in winter!). Bonus was visiting with the cute dogs!

Charming!

We enjoyed our stay at the carriage house. It was clean, the kitchen was well appointed, allowing us to cook several meals there. The beds were comfortable and the location was perfect. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants of North Conway.

Great Carriage House

The property was large enough for us 3 to move around easily. Kitchen has everything you need. My friend & I enjoyed coffee outside every morning it was quiet and relaxing. The bed in the downstairs bedroom was like a dream! This was my first time using VRBO, and I thought Karin and Russ were great. Would definetly visit again.

Quiet Retreat

I slept like a baby! It was so quiet and the bed was super comfy. My daughter stayed in the loft which was open to the main room so that got us all to bed early. 😆 the hosts were very friendly and gave us a great recommendation for a beach where we spent a lot of time. The location is an easy walk into town. Would highly recommend this location.

Why they chose this property

This renovated 1920's carriage house is in a great location in between North Conway Village and Mt. Cranmore. It's close to everything, and has the feeling of being in the woods surrounded by majestic pines. There's a charming open concept living area plus a spacious loft sleeping area. The master bedroom features a King size bed that will ensure you wake up fresh and ready for adventures!
