Holiday Apartment No. 11 in the Strandvilla Krabbe is a one-room apartment that sleeps up to two people.<br><br>With a living area of 30 m², this holiday rental on the 1st floor of the new building features a living room/bedroom with a kitchenette, a bathroom with a shower, and a south-facing balcony. It’s just 10 metres from the beach.<br><br>The living area features a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), a stereo system with a CD player, and a flat-screen TV. From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing balcony. Here, you can enjoy the evening sun even after a long day at the beach.<br><br>The kitchen, which is integrated into the living area, features a microwave, a stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The apartment has a bathroom with a shower and a window. The floors throughout the entire holiday rental are tiled.<br><br>The Strandvilla Krabbe (Units 1–7) and the adjoining guesthouse (Units 8–15), with direct beach access, feature an outdoor seating area and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). A maximum of one pet is allowed in this property! A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. The lovingly renovated Krabbe Beach Villa is located in the front row on Boltenhagen’s Baltic Sea beach. The villa is a listed historic building and was built in 1919 by master butcher Krabbe. It is one of the many old villas along the beach promenade, built in the typical seaside resort architectural style. Renovation of the Strandvilla Krabbe began in 1998 with the addition of an extension and the construction of a new guesthouse.<br><br><br>Holiday Apartments at the Strandvilla Krabbe<br><br><br>During the renovation, six holiday apartments were created in the Strandvilla and a total of eight in the extension. The Villa Krabbe guesthouse was expanded to include a spacious, wheelchair-accessible apartment. Some of these apartments have a lake view or face the lake. All holiday apartments are one- or two-bedroom units.<br><br>Do you need Wi-Fi access on holiday? You can use Wi-Fi here for free. Free parking spaces are also available directly on the Villa’s property. Do you drive an electric car? You’ll find two charging stations (for a fee) in the Strandvilla Krabbe car park.
