The spacious 3-room holiday apartment No. 33 at the Sünnslag complex can accommodate up to 4 people.

A modern 3-room apartment awaits you. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. For a relaxing holiday, you’ll have approximately 64 m² of space at your disposal, including a living room, two bedrooms, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The distance to the beach from the Sünnslag resort is approximately 400 m.

The light-filled living room is furnished with a modern sofa set. This is also where you’ll find the dining area for shared meals. The flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray/DVD player, and a stereo system provide entertainment. From the living area, you can step out onto the south-facing, furnished balcony.

In the separate kitchen, you’ll find everything you need to prepare your meals. This includes a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop with an oven, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment.

The first bedroom features a large closet for your holiday wardrobe, a second flat-screen TV, and a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm). The second bedroom also features a closet and one double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm).
Curtains on the windows ensure a restful night’s sleep. Both bedrooms have vinyl flooring.

A modern, tiled shower room is, of course, also available. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

An outdoor parking space is located in the immediate vicinity. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) included.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
