Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist gut, etwas abseits vom Trubel aber sehr ruhig. Supermarkt ist in der Nähe und auch der Bäckerwagen wird täglich rege genutzt. Auch kleine Spielplätze in der Anlage für die Kleinen sind vorhanden.Die Anlage ist gut gepflegt. Wenn mann keinen Luxus braucht, ist die Ferienwohnung gut. Bei Beanstandungen kam der Hausmeister schnell zur Hilfe.
