Holiday Apartment No. 73 in the Sünnslag holiday complex is a 2-room apartment that accommodates up to 2 people plus a baby.

This 54 m² ground-floor apartment is perfect for a relaxing holiday for up to two people plus a baby. The well-maintained 2-room apartment features a south-east-facing terrace. It includes a living and dining area, a bedroom, a kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance from the Sünnslag complex to the beach is approximately 400 m.

The large, comfortable beach chair is a highlight on the furnished terrace. You can access it through the modern living area. Here, it’s easy to relax on the comfortable leather sofa set and in the cosy dining area. A flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a stereo system, and a selection of games and books further enhance your comfort.

The stylish kitchen is located separately. It is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. This holiday rental includes a high chair and a cot.

The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), a second flat-screen TV, and a wardrobe. Pleated blinds and curtains on the windows provide privacy and block out light. Designer flooring was chosen for all rooms.

The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The designated parking space is located right next to your apartment. Two bicycles (subject to availability) are available for use. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or storage room for bicycles.
