*** Rating from the German Tourism Association!<br><br>Holiday Rental No. 92 at the Sünnslag Resort is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 2 people.<br><br>On the ground floor of the building, you’ll find a cosy 2-room apartment with a balcony facing southeast. An outdoor staircase leads up to the apartment. Up to 2 guests can stay here in approximately 48 m² of living and dining space, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, and a bathroom with a shower. The distance from the Sünnslag resort to the beach is approximately 400 m.<br><br>From the living area, you can step out onto the furnished balcony. The living room features a pull-out double sofa bed (140 x 200 cm) and a large dining table for shared meals. Evening entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV and a stereo system. Wi-Fi access is available (subject to change)<br><br>The kitchen is separate and, in addition to plenty of dishes, features a 4-burner hob with an oven and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a small dining area for two people.<br><br>The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet for personal belongings. Curtains on the window provide privacy. The entire apartment has tile floors.<br><br>A shower room is also available. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.<br><br>The assigned parking space is located right next to the apartment. Bicycles can be parked at a bike rack next to the building. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included.
