This 3-room holiday apartment was completely and lovingly renovated in the spring of 2022. It measures approximately 60 m² and features two bedrooms, a living room, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and a balcony (1st floor) with an unobstructed view all the way to Klütz and the Klütz Mill.

In the living room, you’ll find a cosy sofa, a 50" UHD smart TV (with access to streaming services), and a spacious dining area. The floors are covered with high-quality vinyl. From the living room, you can step out onto the southwest-facing balcony, which offers a great view.

Both bedrooms are very comfortably furnished. The comfortable double bed (2x90x200 cm) in the first bedroom and two single beds in the second bedroom ensure a good night’s sleep. The bedroom with the double bed also features a flat-screen TV. Vinyl flooring was also chosen for the bedrooms. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, and, of course, a 4-burner stove with an oven.

This apartment is for non-smokers only. Pets are not allowed.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade).

An outdoor parking space is included with the apartment in the immediate vicinity. Bicycles can be parked at the bike rack. The Sünnslag holiday complex is nestled between Kastanienallee and quiet, tree-lined side streets. Shopping options are only about 200 m away.

You can reach the Sünnslag resort from Kastanienallee via the quiet residential streets Ahornweg and Eichenweg. The mostly south-facing orientation of the homes promises plenty of relaxing hours in the sun on your balcony or terrace. All holiday apartments and semi-detached homes are individually furnished and, with a living room, at least one bedroom, bathrooms, and in some cases separate kitchens, offer a comfortable living experience for 2–8 people. Some apartments include a separate shed or a storage room for bicycles.
