Holiday Apartment 05-7 in the Papillon holiday complex is a modern 4-room apartment that sleeps up to 6 people.

Spread over two floors, this modern 4-room holiday apartment is located on the 1st floor and features a south-west-facing balcony. The apartment, which has its own entrance via an outdoor staircase, offers spacious accommodation for up to six people with approximately 70 m² of living space. The apartment features a living/dining area, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. The beach is just 250 m away.

You can step out onto the furnished, sunny balcony from the living room. The comfortable corner couch invites you to relax. Feel free to use the flat-screen TV and stereo system for entertainment. The dining area, which seats six, is also located here. For our younger guests, a high chair and a built-in cot with a mattress (120 x 60 cm) are available. Please bring your own bedding and sheets for the cot.

The built-in kitchenette features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop with an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a microwave. Laminate flooring is installed throughout the apartment.

The bedroom on the ground floor is furnished with two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. The two bedrooms in the attic are accessible from the living area via an internal staircase. Both bedrooms are furnished with one double bed each (2 x 90 x 200 cm and 2 x 80 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe. A second TV is available here. The windows are fitted with roller shades or exterior blinds for blackout purposes.

The bathroom is equipped with two sinks, a shower stall, and a separate toilet. Bicycles can be parked at the bike rack next to the house or in the storage room in the basement. Pets are allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

In Building 5, coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available to our guests in the basement. Outdoor parking spaces are located in the immediate vicinity of the building. Bicycles can be stored in the basement. The complex includes a small playground.

Booking Information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (unmade). One parking space is available for this holiday rental. Additional vehicles can be parked in the public, paid car parks in town.

The Papillon holiday village, located in a quiet yet central spot on the outskirts of Boltenhagen, invites you to enjoy a cosy holiday. The beach is about 250 m away.

Children are warmly welcome in this park-like complex. Your little ones will enjoy digging in the sandpit, swinging high into the air, or bouncing on the seesaw with (new) playmates.

Dogs are allowed in some apartments. Most of the apartments are equipped with Wi-Fi. Each house has a free parking space for your car right next to the house.

The Papillon holiday complex features eighteen houses, each with 8 apartments. On the ground floor are 2-room apartments with terraces. An outdoor staircase leads to the ground floor, where you’ll find the 4-room apartments, which span two floors. Of course, each of these apartments has a balcony.
Each apartment has its own exterior entrance. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in all buildings. Some apartments offer a bike parking space or a bike storage room.
