Vacation Rental No. 19, “Klabautermann,” in the Waterkant complex is a two-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Your vacation rental, located near the city center, is on the 2nd floor and offers approximately 62 m² of living space, including a living room, a separate kitchen, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a balcony facing southeast. The beach is about 100 meters from the complex.

Your living room is decorated in a nautical style and is flooded with light thanks to its many windows. In addition to a sleeper sofa with two matching armchairs and a flat-screen TV, you’ll also find a dining area with a round table and four chairs. On the large, furnished southeast-facing balcony, you can enjoy the sun all day long, read a book, or enjoy the view of the greenery while sipping coffee.

Your separate kitchen with a modern kitchenette is functionally equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and a ceramic cooktop. There is also a second, smaller dining area in the kitchen.

The hallway leads to the bedroom with a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a large closet, as well as to the shower room. The living and sleeping areas have laminate flooring. The bathroom and kitchen are tiled. The rooms in the vacation rental can be darkened with curtains.

The Waterkant complex is located near the Kurhaus, across from the pier. An underground parking space, a bicycle storage room, and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) are provided.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them from us for a fee (not made up).

At the Waterkant vacation complex, you’ll spend your vacation right in the heart of Boltenhagen. The beach is about 100 meters away.

Some apartments have free Wi-Fi. One free parking space is available for each apartment in the underground parking garage (maximum vehicle height: 1.90 meters).

The Waterkant complex offers a total of 29 vacation apartments for two to four people, spread across three buildings situated one behind the other.
Thanks to the spacious layout and the modern, comfortable amenities of the vacation apartments, you can enjoy a wonderful Baltic Sea vacation at the Waterkant complex.

The entrances to Buildings An and B are located at the back of the building. You can access Building C from the side of the building.

Some apartments feature a beach chair on the balcony. The kitchenettes are fully equipped, and some include dishwashers. Depending on the amenities and size of the vacation apartments, some have fireplaces, bathtubs, and, in some cases, washing machines.
