Holiday Apartment No. 63 at the Residenz Seestern complex is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

This exclusive, non-smoking holiday apartment—approximately 65 m² in size and located on the 3rd floor—ensures a cosy and comfortable stay during your holiday. It’s easily accessible by lift. Inside, you’ll find a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower. The balcony faces the lake. The beach is only about 100 metres away.

A small entryway with a built-in closet leads into the spacious, open-concept rooms of your holiday home. The living and dining area features a large window front, two incredibly cosy baroque armchairs that invite you to linger, a specially designed reading nook with books and additional lighting, and a flat-screen TV with “Sky” reception. The living area features a double sofa bed (170 x 190 cm) that sleeps two people. You can access the furnished balcony from the living room.

The kitchenette with an adjacent dining area offers every convenience. It features a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven at eye level. It is also equipped with all the utensils you’ll need for your holiday kitchen.

The bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), a closet for your holiday wardrobe, and a TV. A sitting area in the bedroom of this holiday rental serves as another small retreat.

A functional shower room completes the holiday rental. The floor here is tiled. The entire living and sleeping area is covered with high-quality designer flooring. Curtains provide privacy and sun protection. A maximum of two pets are allowed in this property!

The Residenz Seestern holiday complex is located in the centre of Boltenhagen. You can enjoy relaxation and wellness amenities in the complex’s wellness area, which includes free access to the swimming pool (the Residenz Seestern wellness area will be closed from January 6, 2025, to January 26, 2025, for maintenance and deep cleaning). You can spend relaxing hours in the sauna area (for a fee). Popular restaurants await you on the ground floor of Residenz Seestern.

The resort features an lift and an underground car park (entrance height: 1.95 m). A bike storage room provides space for bicycles. Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and Sky are available free of charge.

Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. You can rent them for a fee (not made up).

Holiday apartments in the Residenz Seestern complex


The Residenz Seestern complex consists of four buildings connected by the underground garage.
You can reach your holiday rental by lift (dimensions 0.70 m x 1 m) from the underground car park or from the building entrance via three steps in each case. Of course, every holiday rental at Residenz Seestern features a terrace or balcony.
When the weather is nice, younger guests can have fun on the playground, which features a slide, sandpit, climbing frame, and nest swing.

As a special highlight, the Seestern Residence in Building 1 offers a wellness area where you can use the swimming pool free of charge year-round or (for a fee) enjoy the sauna in a well-maintained setting (the Seestern Residence wellness area will be closed from 05.01.2026 to 25.01.2026 for maintenance work and deep cleaning). You can access the wellness area via the underground car park.

Next to the underground car park, you’ll find a laundry room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers.
Storage rooms and niches in the underground car park are available for the bicycles you bring with you.
