With approximately 42 m² of living space, Apartment 12 features a living room with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a west-facing balcony. The distance to the beach is approximately 60 metres.

The stylishly furnished living room has hardwood floors and features a comfortable seating area with a flat-screen TV and a radio. From the living room, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony, which is furnished with two chairs, a table, and a comfortable lounge chair—the perfect spot to enjoy a leisurely breakfast or simply breathe in the Baltic Sea air.

In the bedroom, which also features hardwood floors, the double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) with an adjustable headboard invites you to drift off to sleep. The large wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your holiday wardrobe. Blinds and curtains are provided for privacy.

The built-in kitchenette is tiled and fully equipped. A 4-burner ceramic cooktop with oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, and plenty of kitchen utensils and dishes are at your disposal.

In the bathroom, you’ll find a shower/toilet, bidet, hair dryer, and plenty of storage space. Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment.

The Hanse Hof holiday complex, located directly on the Mittelpromenade, has an lift. A washing machine and dryer are available for a fee. The underground parking spaces (clearance height 2.00 m, but the parking space itself is only 1.95 m high) are located inside the building. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.

One parking space in the underground garage is available for each apartment. Max. height: 1.95 m.

The three-story Hanse Hof apartment building is located in the centre of Boltenhagen, about 60 m from the beach. The 18 two-room apartments, each featuring a bedroom and an integrated kitchenette in the living room, are perfect for two to three people looking for a relaxing holiday. Of course, each apartment has its own terrace or balcony.

From the underground car park, both a staircase and an lift (cabin size 90x138 cm) provide access to all floors. In addition to the parking space assigned to your apartment, you’ll also find a room for your bicycles in the underground car park.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers (for a fee) are available in the common area.
