Holiday Apartment No. 5 at Strandvilla Krabbe is a 2-room apartment that sleeps up to 4 people.

Located on the ground floor in an absolutely prime location, this approximately 60 m² holiday apartment features a living room, a bedroom, a separate kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony facing the lake. It’s just 10 metres from the beach.

The living room, furnished in a country-style that creates a cosy atmosphere, offers a spacious and comfortable living experience. A flat-screen TV and a hi-fi system provide a variety of entertainment options in the evenings. A double sofa bed (160 x 200 m) can be used as an additional sleeping space for two people. You can step directly from the living room onto the furnished balcony facing the lake. Enjoy the magnificent lake view!

A high-quality double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) in the separate bedroom promises a restful night’s sleep. Pleated blinds are provided for sun protection.

The separate kitchen offers all the comforts you’re used to at home. Stove with a ceramic cooktop and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher—it’s all there. The spacious shower room ensures your comfort.

The floors in the holiday rental are covered with designer flooring or tiles.

The Strandvilla Krabbe and the adjoining guesthouse with direct beach access feature a parking space and free Wi-Fi (subject to availability). A charging station for electric vehicles is also available. Use costs 20.00 euros (per day, as needed).

Are you looking for a holiday right by the sea? The lovingly renovated Strandvilla Krabbe is located right on the Baltic Sea beach in Boltenhagen. The villa is a listed historic building and was built in 1919 by master butcher Krabbe. It is one of the many old villas along the beach promenade, built in the typical seaside resort architectural style. Renovation of the Strandvilla Krabbe began in 1998, including the addition of an extension and the construction of a new guesthouse.

During the renovation, six holiday apartments were created in the Strandvilla and a total of eight in its extension. The Villa Krabbe guesthouse was expanded to include a spacious, wheelchair-accessible apartment. Some of these apartments have a lake view or face the lake. All holiday apartments are one- or two-room units.

Do you need Wi-Fi access on holiday? You can use Wi-Fi here for free. Free parking spaces are also available directly on the Villa’s property. Do you drive an electric car? You’ll find two charging stations (for a fee) in the Strandvilla Krabbe car park. There is a bike shed.
