The Reet/AM09b holiday home is a semi-detached house with 4 rooms that sleeps up to 6 people.<br><br>Spanning three floors, this spacious semi-detached home with a thatched roof features a living room with access to the terrace, three bedrooms, and two modern bathrooms. Together with the attic, you’ll have plenty of space for your holiday here—over 100 m².<br><br>On the ground floor of the holiday home, you’ll find the spacious living room with a cosy dining area and an integrated kitchenette. The guest bathroom with a shower is also located here.<br><br>The south/west-facing terrace is accessible directly from the living room. The terrace is, of course, equipped with patio furniture and also features a beach chair. For your entertainment, you’ll find a flat-screen TV, a radio/CD player, a DVD player, a Blu-ray player, and a game console (Wii). The modern kitchenette features an oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a microwave, and a dishwasher.<br><br>There are two bedrooms available in the attic. One bedroom is furnished with a box-spring bed (2x 90 x 200 cm), and the other bedroom has two single beds (100 x 200 cm) and a TV. Additionally, the attic features a washing machine, dryer, and a bathroom with a bathtub. A hair dryer is also provided. To use the sauna, you’ll need to pay a final cleaning fee (you can pick up the key at the front desk).<br><br>The attic features a third bedroom with a box-spring bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a TV.<br><br>Pets are not allowed in this non-smoking apartment. Wi-Fi (subject to availability) is available free of charge.<br><br>The holiday resort on Mariannenweg is located in a traffic-calmed area, set back one block from the street. The beach is only about 400 m away. The car park with individual spaces is located right at the resort’s entrance. This holiday home is assigned 1 parking space. You can park additional cars in the nearby public car park for a fee. Access to the resort is controlled by a gate system. Only guests of the Mariannenweg holiday resort have access.<br><br>Please understand that barbecuing with gas or charcoal and the use of fireworks are not permitted.<br><br>Booking information: The rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and heating. Bed linens and towels are not included. Here, your children can swing high into the air on the various swings, enjoy a ride on the animal-shaped swings, and dig in the sandpit.
