Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure all trash is bagged & take to bin behind the house. If you are departing Monday move the bin to the front curb please.
Please loan and run the dishwasher (tabs below sink). Check to ensure no burners are on and fridge is closed.
Save Energy: Please turn off all lights, turn the thermostat to 65 in the fall/winter and 75 in the spring/summer and confirm all windows and doors are locked.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I would absolutely stay here again. It’s a nice neighborhood with parks nearby and a stone’s throw from downtown. The property itself is beautiful and comfortable, and easily accommodated 5 people. Joel was easy to communicate with and accommodated an early check-in.
